Payments & refunds

All purchases made through this website are processed securely. The following refund terms apply:

Workshops & Memberships: No refunds once access to content has been granted. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will resolve it.
Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the retreat date.
1:1 Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit the session fee.

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, meditations, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Manisha Pathak and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Manisha Pathak and this website are not liable for any outcomes — direct or indirect — that result from participation in any programme, session, or content offered here. You engage with all offerings at your own discretion and risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
